Delivery of your purchases
Trimart.gr undertakes the shipment with a fee of 3 euros Transport cost of its products within the borders of the Greek territory. The products will be delivered either by the company or by a transport company cooperating with it.
Product delivery can take up to ten (10) business days for orders in remote areas, which is due to both our business model and stock availability. If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you, so that you can tell us if you wish, under the new conditions, to complete the order your.
It is recommended that you enter the address where you or another person who will receive your order will be during working hours, such as at your place of work, as the delivery address. If there is no one authorized to receive and sign for the order at the place of delivery, a note will be left by the courier in your mailbox informing about the incomplete delivery and where you can go to receive the product.
Orders remain available for delivery to the store that serves you up to 5 calendar days from delivery to the store. In the event that it is not possible to complete the delivery of your order (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, not showing up to receive the product) and after the end of the said period, the delivery is canceled without prior notice and the package is returned to us. In case of non-receipt of the products, it is declared that the user will be deleted from trimart.gr and the compensation of trimart.gr will be claimed through legal means.
Order cancellation
Cancellation of the order is only possible in the following cases:
- Before completing the order, during the online ordering process you can remove the quantities of the products from your shopping cart by clicking on the “delete” button and then “update”. At the same time, you can change the quantity of the products you have selected to zero.
- When the online order has been completed but has NOT been shipped by us. You can call the contact number 2651032353 and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order or part of it or even adding other products.
- In case you wish to cancel an already invoiced order, it will not be possible to cancel it if it has left for shipping.
Prices of the Products sold
The listed prices of the products on the website are retail and NOT wholesale prices and include VAT, , the total price is determined after the selection of the product during the development of the technical stages of the order, in any case before the conclusion of the order , and the storage of the above is possible directly from our website. The final cost of each order will be calculated after adding, IF THERE ARE, the costs of SPECIAL packaging and shipping of the products, which are borne exclusively by the customer, who will be informed before confirming and sending the order.
The company reserves the right to readjust the prices of the products at any time. However, such a repricing of the products will not affect the already confirmed orders, which the company has accepted. The listed prices of the products are valid for purchases from the online store.
The prices of products for purchase through the physical store may vary. The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. In case of low or limited availability of a product that has been offered, trimart.gr reserves the reasonable right to carry out the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of the company’s customers as possible.
The transaction will be considered completed only after the sending of written electronic confirmation and acceptance by the business.
