RETURN POLICY
Returns of Products at trimart’s charge.gr
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this trimart.gr online store, in the following cases:
- If the wrong products were sold due to the fault of trimart.gr (due to a mistake in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product in the first place, or request its return. Products and their boxes must be in perfect condition, complete and without any wear and tear. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

In the event of a return, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns of Products at Customer Charge
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, free of charge, in case of a change of number within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the cost of returning the products is charged. Returns will only be accepted if:

The products as well as their boxes, which the customer wishes to return, must be in excellent condition, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition. Additionally, if the customer does not return the original product then, no new product will be sent to them. Refunds are not available. The replacement will be completed within 15 days from the date trimart.gr receives the returned products and will be informed about the new product the customer wants in writing.

In any case of returning products, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice Receipt, Retail Receipt, etc.).
trimart.gr declares that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- For products that have already been worn, for hygiene reasons
- In case of repeated refund requests or in the event that trimart.gr, at its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing the right to return or is acting in bad faith.
Consumer Protection
The customer, as a “consumer”, expressly and unconditionally declares that he has received knowledge in a clear, clear and understandable manner of the elements required for the validity of the conclusion of a distance contract, namely:
