The processing of the Customer’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the protection of personal data and the free movement thereof, as amended and applies in accordance with the Community Directive 95/46/EC ((UE.L Journal of Laws No. 119, item 1), hereinafter also called “GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as the relevant applicable legislation.
Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”). trimart.gr takes all necessary measures in order to protect the interests and data of the subjects, and in particular to ensure that the data collected by it:
– Subject to legal, fair and transparent processing for the data subject,
– They are collected for specific, explicitly defined and legal purposes, and are not subject to further processing, which is inconsistent with the above purposes,
– They are sufficient, relevant and limited to the necessary purposes for which they are processed,
– They are correct and up-to-date as required,
– Subject to processing in such a way as to ensure, through the required technical measures and organizational structures, adequate security of Personal Data, including their protection from unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone and only share it with third parties who facilitate the provision of our services to you.
Processing and type of personal data
a) Processing of Personal Data: trimart.gr will process the personal data of the customer-user, as stated by him when creating his account and in his order in the data entry form, in order to complete his specific order through our online store.

b) Type of Personal Data: In particular, the personal data that each user-customer must provide in order to carry out any transaction through the online store and to place orders for the company’s products are as follows:

• His full name
  • The shipping address of the products
  • The billing address of the order (if it is different from the shipping address)
  • The invoicing information (in case payment by invoice has been selected)
  • The number of a contact phone
  • The customer’s electronic address (e-mail).

The type of personal data processed by trimart.gr per processing purpose are the following:
i. For the execution of the contract (so that the user-customer can complete his orders):
• The full name
• The shipping address of the products
• The billing address of the order (if it is different from the shipping address)
• The invoicing information (in case payment by invoice has been selected)
the number of a contact telephone
• The electronic address (e-mail) of the user/customer
• Products purchased
• Order history
The user is informed that the provision of the above mandatory personal data as well as the details of his transactions are necessary and are a prerequisite for the correct execution of the contract of order and delivery of products and services. For this reason, the user’s consent is not required- customer for this specific processing.
ii. To analyze the personalized consumer behavior of the user-customer in order to send him commercial communication with personalized offers for products or services according to his preferences.
iii. In the event that products are requested to be delivered to a third party other than the user, the latter acknowledges that he will have full responsibility for the information and full consent of the person he designates as the recipient, for the disclosure of his personal data to the trimart company .gr. for the sole purpose of delivering to it, the relevant products and assumes full responsibility for any claims of this person against trimart.gr

Credit card details are not stored on the company’s storage media during the transaction.
iv. The user-client is also informed that for the communication of trimart.gr with him, in the context of article 11 par. 3 of Law 3471/2006, it processes the contact information he has declared.
c. Recipients of data: For the data necessary to serve each of the above processing purposes and within the scope of the responsibilities of each recipient, the recipients of the user-client data may be:
i. The competent employees of trimart.gr.
ii. The tax etc. auditing authorities in case of a relevant audit
iii. External partners who provide (express) transport services who are subject to the special strict conditions for processing personal data.
d) Data subject rights: Each user-client, as a data subject, may at any time exercise his rights, as provided for in the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016 EU. and in particular articles 12 to 23 thereof and national legislation and in particular:
i) the right to information and access to the data processed by trimart.gr,
ii) the right to restrict the processing of his data,
iii) the right to correct or delete part or all of his personal data (right to be forgotten),
iv) the right to object, that is to object to the processing of his personal data, and
v) the right to portability of his data.
The member has the right to withdraw his consent at any time and for any processing of his personal data carried out based on his consent, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. In case of exercising any of the above mentioned rights trimart.gr will take all possible measures to satisfy the request within (1) one month from its submission. In this case, the member is informed that the minimum necessary of his personal data will be kept, to safeguard the legal interests her.

The personal data we collect from you is not transferred or processed outside the European Union.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We retain your personal data for as long as the purposes for which it was collected and stated above remain in force. trimart.gr may keep your personal data even after the purposes of collection and processing have been fulfilled in the following limiting cases:
• As long as there is a legal obligation on our part from a relevant provision of the law.
• Until the statute of limitations for the relevant claims for the defense of our rights and legal interests before any competent Court and any other public authority.
